General Terms and Conditions for the Online Shop

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers (Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB)) via the DAS Private Jets online shop.

3. Conclusion of Contract

DThe presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to order. By clicking the "Buy" button, you submit a binding offer. Confirmation of receipt of your order will be sent via an automatic email. The purchase contract is only concluded when we accept your order by an order confirmation or delivery of the goods.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices are quoted in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs may apply in addition to the quoted prices. The shipping costs will be displayed during the ordering process.

5. Payment

The following payment methods are available:

• Invoice

Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract, at the latest upon receipt of the goods.

6. Delivery

Deliveries are made exclusively to addresses within the EU. The delivery time is approximately 3 business days. We will inform you of any deviations during the ordering process.

7. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

8. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal according to statutory provisions.

10. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. In cases of simple negligence, we are only liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, or for breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).

12. Final Provisions
